Curtis "Razor" Blaydes is a professional mixed martial artist, fighting in the Heavyweight Division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Curtis, a Chicago native, began his fighting career as a high school wrestler at De La Salle Institute. During his four years at De La Salle, he put together a whopping 95-18 record. His senior year boasted a State Title and an undefeated 44-0 record. His wrestling skills earned him a full scholarship to Northern Illinois University. He later transferred to wrestle for Harper College, before leaving school to focus on his MMA career full-time. In his UFC debut, Blaydes faced Francis Ngannou at UFC Fight Night 86. Despite his debut loss to Ngannou, Blaydes returned to the Octagon to go on a 4-0 run.
